I found the staff in the reception very helpful as always, the staff are the same staff for the last 6 years. Professional and respectful and and seem very loyal to their company. Mickela at the information was wonderful and very helpful.

I thought the staff both on the beach and at the pool were unprofessional. The women in particular had shorts rolled up and tee shirts off their shoulders. They didn't enforce the pool rules one of which is no balls/floats of any kind in the big pool. I didn't like the new security guard system it made the park seem like a prison, I preferred to see Jimmy on his bike keeping things in check I certainly knew my teenage daughter was safe then. Also the pool staff allowed smoking at the pool which is disgusting. I have been to the garden for six years and standards are certainly slipping. I would not recommend it to friends anymore.

The swimming pool. sun loungers. Location very close to the beach. The Eurospar was good

We found the camping pitch where we were noisy at night. People who were camping close to us had music and televisions on after the announcement for quiet time after 23.00. Our pitch was very close to the shower/toilet block, which was also noisy at night. One night women were drying their hair at 3am: Also the pitches were not very private,

Loved the beach and walking around the campsite in the evening. The staff are friendly and helpful. Loved our accommodation.

Even though there is a no smoking policy at the pool people did smoke and the life guards didn't do anything. In the last two years the hygiene around the pool has no been good. Both beds and poolside didn't get washed at night. Also the new female life guard closed the pool 10 mins before one. I noticed in the last 2 years that the life guards are around a lot less.

The friendly lady att the take away by the sea.

Closing the pool between 1-3 pm in 2011 is ridiculous and why we are not returning. That´s when all wants to bath.

I think it's crazy that you use the loudspeakers att 11 pm at night. The kids that allready slept - did for sure wake up. :-(
