Well organised and friendly site and staff. Nice beach and weather! Good pool and bar area.

Not enough information readily available at reception - could be more information about eg. public transport, local events etc. The entertainment was not of a very high standard compared to the standard of everything else at the site. Some good bands/groups/singers would help - and less karaoke, talent shows and other DIY entertainment.

We loved the direct access to the beach. Very friendly site. Big camping pitches. Extremely clean facilities. Cycling from the site was great, to the port, local shops & nearby towns.

Very noisy from the beach at night as our pitch backed on to the beach. Evening entertainment was not the best but this did not affect our enjoyment of our holiday.

Cleanliness of the toilets and wash facilies excellant.

Hours of shop opening times should be longer for a holiday site. WiFi system was very hit & miss, with limited range.

The high standard of cleanliness in the sanitary blocks

What would have been helpful would have been a hand wash basin nearer to the toilets as you had to go all the way round to find a sink to wash your hands after using the toilet.

This was our 4th time at Cala Gogo, we like the friendliness of staff the cleaniness of the shower blocks and the location of the campsite. we will definately come back

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great pools Nice food in the restaurant that was good value for money.

On site shop was expensive and not very well stocked (I'm guessing that was because it was near the end of the season)

We had a lovely holiday and would definately recommend you to friends, excellent food, entertainment and scenery.

My only small complaint was the wifi, didn't always work :(

The pools are fantastic and most things about the site were excellent.

The welcome event was done in French, with small bits in English that were not clear. You have an english animation rep, it would have been better if she had done the translated parts, we might have understood the orientation information then. The Noise from the neighbouring site (disco?) at the back of cala gogo was very loud at times which made sleeping difficult nd we were not close to it.

The clean toilet blocks, the lack of big tour operators, the swimming pool, the bar area, size of pitches. Live bands are good. Beach access is good.

Wifi needs to be more reliable and stronger signal, does not stay connected to devices, a major factor when choosing a site these days. The lack of security patrol at night. The noise and trouble from people leaving the club & waking campers up at 3am, EVERY night. The rubbish discarded by these people, ie beer cans and cigarette packets from the public walkways for many days. The new wristbands, annoying to have to wear the whole time. The heating in the 2 smaller pools is too warm in the summer months! Was better last year. The people that "reserve" the sun loungers all day with towels that aren't even in the pool area. Ice creams are expensive. Moose party is a bit 18/30 old hat and leaves the bar area in a mess. Shower block fountains gave been broken forva few years and now removed - they were a nice feature and gave the blocks a nice feel, our ladies one was constantly full of green yucky water :-( This year was not as good as previous, it was our 4th year.
