Souillac and the Dordogne is beautiful. New swimming pool, toilet blocks and full access to wfi

No disabled ramp access to reception. Confusing information on arrival - 2.5 hours to get sited. Supposed to have pitch with electric, on arrival no electric was available - limited choice on other pitches as they had been reserved. We booked 8 months in advance. Disabled showers and toilets permanently locked. Shower water sometimes very cold. Reception had no idea where chemical toilet and drinking water were situated. No shade at swimming pool. Dogs allowed on site - some owners did not pick up mess and therefore it was left for children to step in.

Great to have the new pool and staff, particularly Rose, Gabrielle and her partner who, who helped me enormously on 2 occasions. I have stayed at Les Ondines about 4 times now, at different times of the year and found it an ideal site for the Dordogne and area.

One occasion this time, a disco went on too long (till 12.30pm) and was particularly noisy that night.Many other campers commented likewise.

WE thought everything was fabulous besides the pillows in the tent. The showers could also maybe be upgraded. Other than that c'etais fantastique !!!!

Lovely and quiet and peaceful. the tents were very comfortable. Price was great. We enjoyed swimming in the dordogne river. Minimal amenities/activities, but we prefer it like that. Nice friendly restaurant in town,easy walk. Beautiful area with lots to do. All of us (ages 16-56) would love to return.
